Data Backup & Recovery. We can provide both on- and off-site backup services for all webhosting and email services that are part of your hosting package. Data recovery and restoration is included within the backup service costs, although one-off services can be provided if backup services are not included as part of your hosting package. These services are subject to extra charges.
Technical assistance. We are proud of our team's technical expertise, and can help with any technical query you may come across with our hosting service, whether it be coding or server based. Please note that there is only a basic level of coding/site creation advice available from us.
Reseller Assist. As part of a reseller account, you will receive an account manager who will be on-hand to answer any questions or package advice you may have.
